Kattankulathur Campus (Main Campus)
Dr. T.P Ganesan Auditorium, SRM University, Chennai.
Located about 35 km away from the city of Chennai, this campus is situated on a 250-acre site overlooking Grand Southern Trunk Road(GST Road), NH-45. The main campus at Kattankulathur consists of a College of Engineering and Technology, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, College of Science and Humanities and a School of Management.
Kattankulathur Campus also houses the SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Center and the SRM Hotel. The SRM hospital can accommodate 1200 in-patients with 25 specializations in PG education in medical science.
SRM University Central Library Building, Kattankulathur, Chennai
The campus also accommodates the SRM Institute of Hotel Management, SRM Arts and Science College, Valliammai Engineering college (SRM Group) and Valliammai Polytechnic college.
In 2014 the university announced a plan to open a law school at the campus.

Ramapuram Campus
The Ramapuram Campus is the second campus of SRM University and is located at Ramapuram, Chennai. It houses three colleges, the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, SRM Dental College, and Easwari Engineering College. It also provides Bachelor of Architecture,MBA and Master of Technology courses. It occupies 30 acres of land and also has an SRM Hospital on site.
Vadapalani Campus (City Campus)
Considered the smallest of the SRM campuses, is located in the center of Chennai city. This campus houses the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Faculty of Management Sciences, Faculty of MCA, and the Sivaji Ganesan Film Institute. The SRM Institutes For Medical Science is also located within the campus.
Modinagar Campus, Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR Region

The 25-acre campus at Modinagar on Delhi-Meerut highway houses the faculties of Engineering & Technology, Management and Teacher Education.
Irungalur Campus, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu
SRM established a Medical college known as Chennai Medical College Hospital and Research Centre (CMCH&RC) on the outskirts of Trichy in 2008. The Hospital is equipped with 750 beds. It is in Irungalaur, Manachanallur Taluk on the Trichy-Chennai highway 28 km from Tiruchirappalli. Anna University affiliated T. R. P Engineering College is in the same campus started in 2010.
Sonepat Campus, Haryana
The 55-acre campus at Sonepat , Haryana is located in the Rajiv Gandhi Education City.It houses the Faculty of Engineering & Technology, and Faculty of Management. they have Faculty of Law, Faculty of Library & Information science, Faculty of Finance & Commerce, Faculty of Humanities and Ph.D courses are also available.SRM University campus is planning to have Teaching Hospital and Medical College from 2016.
Gangtok Campus, Sikkim
SRM University is all set to open a 100-acre campus in Gangtok, the state capital of Sikkim during 2014 academic year. Initially, distance education in courses such as BBA,BCA,BSC(IT),BSC(HOSPITALITY MNGT), MBA, MCA, MCA(LATERAL)among others would be offered, before they start full-fledged engineering programmes.

Vellore Campus__
VIT has a lush green campus which spreads over 350 acres. It is divided in two by the Chennai Bangalore railway line. The academic portion of the campus and the women’s hostels are to the south of the railway tracks while the northern portion houses the men’s hostels and the outdoor stadium. Both the parts are connected by three subways. The campus resembles a city, with lake, gardens, lawns, residential complexes, food courts, hair salons and wide roads. The campus has its own water supply and backup electricity supply along with shopping complexes to cater to the needs of residents.
LOCATION :
VIT is in the city of Vellore in India’s southern state, Tamil Nadu, between Chennai and Bangalore. It is 130 km west of Chennai and 180 km east of Bangalore. The nearest airport is Chennai (two and half hours drive). Vellore-katpadi Junction is the nearest railway station, just 3 km from VIT campus and accessible by train and road from Chennai and Bengaluru. It is just 5 km from the Andhra Pradesh border and approximately 25 km from Chittoor.
HOSTELS :
The men’s hostel strength is about 15000. The hostel area includes an outdoor stadium, an olympic sized swimming pool, basketball courts, badminton courts, squash courts, tennis courts and an indoor stadium, where students can play table tennis and badminton. 18 hostels are on VIT campus. There are 15 men’s hostels, which accommodate students in single-, two- and three-, four- and six-bedded rooms. AC and non-AC rooms are available in all categories allotted on the basis of merit.
The six women’s hostels have room for 3200 students. Women students have access to gym facilities, swimming pool and a salon inside one of these hostel premises.
SPORTS AND ACTIVITIES :
Its outdoor playgrounds and indoor courts are spread over a 20-acre area. Sporting facilities include an athletic track and field stadium, gym, basketball courts, tennis courts, two swimming pools (one is Olympic size), a football ground, two A.C. gymnasium, badminton court, and squash.
The campus is WiFi enabled.The campus has a good music scene and has a music room to encourage students to form bands and create music everything from classical to heavy metal.
Chennai campus__
The Chennai campus is on the Vandalur-Kelambakkam road. The campus is known for its greenery and is called the Green Campus which spreads over 180 acres. It has an open-air auditorium called ‘amphi-theater’. It has a library, ATM facilities, and food spots as Gazebo, Nescafe Point and others.
Chennai Campus__
University sporting facilities include an athletic track, basketball courts, badminton court, tennis courts and a football ground. The campus is WiFi enabled. The campus has a music room and a dance room to encourage students to form dance groups and create music.
Location
The campus is midway between Vandalur Zoo and Kelambakkam in South Chennai in the state of Tamil Nadu. It is 30 km from Chennai International Airport and 42 km from Chennai Central Junction. It is accessible by Metro train and deluxe buses from Chennai Airport and Central Railway Junction. The nearest Metro Station is Vandalur Zoo, which is 9 km from the campus. The campus can be reached by MTC buses from Tambaram bound for Tiruporur. From Vandalur Zoo, van services are available.
